The road to Glacier Point was under construction where it connected to the main road, causing about a 20 minute delay on the road north through the park. We spent a good chunk of the time we waited trying to decide whether to take the side trip or not. Ultimately, it was a spontaneous decision as we drove by. (Luckily I didn't know it was 16 miles to the end or I probably would have decided against it.) As you can see, the view from up there is one of a kind.
